The Inside Intermac event, shall take place from 15 to 18 March 2018 at the showroom in Pesaro. It would be an experience that is rich with new technologies, experiences and opportunities. One of the most exciting of these is the presence of Montresor, the leading producer of edge-polishing machines . The brand's products will complete and enhance the range of solutions.
The invitation to the event is extended to all manufacturers, from large companies with significant production volumes to companies that need to produce thousands of unique products designed to meet the specific needs of a given customer and small companies who often focus on artisan production. 4.0-ready solutions are provided by Intermac, Donatoni Macchine and Montresor.
“The layout of the Tech Center will be totally overhauled for the Inside Intermac event, and the space will also house Montresor technologies in order to demonstrate the complete range of solutions that are available to customers” said Franco Angelotti, Glass & Stone Division Sales Director.
A host of technologies that cover all the machining operations necessary in order to facilitate the transformation of stone goods will be on display, with the widest range of integrated solutions. These will include: Master work centres, Primus waterjet cutting machines, Donatoni Macchine bridge saws, edge-polishing machines by Montresor and Genius cutting tables, Busetti double-edging grinding systems and Movetro storage and handling systems for the newest sintered materials.
Within the Master range, the innovative system for funerary applications will also be making its début, a solution that simplifies processes in a practical, intuitive manner, opening new horizons with regard to machining options. A powerful software combined with an advanced viewing system ensures that the product is correctly positioned inside the machine, automatically linking the model and the corresponding work programme - a technology that optimises production time whilst reducing the need for operator intervention to a minimum.
In order to further enhance the company's customer engagement, the event will also enable visitors to discover new services and fully enjoy all aspects of the Customer Care Experience, developed in line with the principles of connected machining, to create a complete experience and to generate greater purchase value for the machines.
The theme of the event is “Live the Experience!”, and represents the invitation that Intermac extends to all customers, inspiring them to truly live and breathe Intermac beyond the event, and providing them with concrete opportunities to discover how the digital factory can change the way in which they design and produce.
